Video Editor

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-quality Reels for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. 
  • Edit in-house tutorial and training videos for VasyERP software, ensuring clarity and engagement. 
  • Edit podcasts – including video/audio syncing, cutting unnecessary parts, adding transitions, intro/outro, subtitles, and sound design. 
  • Apply motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and visual effects where required. 
  • Work with the marketing and creative team to interpret briefs and deliver videos that align with the brand’s tone and goals. 
  • Maintain consistency in style, branding, and formatting across all video content. 
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media formats, and tools
  • Support the team during in-house shoots, if required, with basic cinematography or direction input. 
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics
  • Basic knowledge of camera operations and lighting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5  years of experience in video editing, especially for digital and social media platforms. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other professional editing tools. 
  • Strong understanding of aspect ratios, resolutions, frame rates, and social platform-specific guidelines. 
  • Basic knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and sound mixing. 
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines. 
  • Familiarity with corporate, tech, or SaaS-related content is a plus.
