Your Role & Impact
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be at the core of our product team, shaping end-to-end experiences for learners. You will:
- Product & App Design: Design user interfaces and flows for mobile and web applications that simplify complex learning journeys.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Build wireframes, clickable prototypes, and design systems in Figma to communicate ideas clearly.
- User Research: Collaborate with Product Managers to conduct usability testing, user interviews, and A/B experiments to refine designs.
- Visual Design & Assets: Create vector graphics, illustrations, and icons that bring our brand personality to life across apps and platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs.
Accessibility & Consistency: Uphold a consistent design language system ensuring usability, responsiveness, and accessibility. - Innovation: Continuously explore new UI patterns, motion design, and interactive prototypes to enhance engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 1+ years in UI/UX design, specifically in app and product design.
- Core Tools: Expert in Figma (must-have). Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other vector-based tools.
- Vector Creation: Strong ability to create icons, illustrations, and scalable graphics for digital products.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing real-world product/app designs (not just website landing pages).
- UX Mindset: Skilled in user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication to work effectively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Nice to Have (Bonus):
- Knowledge of motion design / micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie).
- Understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) to work better with developers.
- Exposure to EdTech platforms, B2C apps, or SaaS products.
- Use of AI, Figma Make, v0 as well as javascript would be a plus.
