About the Role:
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for transforming ideas, user needs, and business goals into visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent interfaces across our platforms. This role requires strong design fundamentals, a deep understanding of modern design trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma
- Build wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all products
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design components
- Conduct basic user testing to validate design decisions
- Convert product requirements into clean, functional UI layouts
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Stay updated with modern UI styles, design patterns, and UX best practices
- Prepare design assets, icons, and components for developers
- Participate in sprint planning and provide design inputs where needed
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work (web + mobile)
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto-layouts, components, variants)
- Understanding of UX concepts, responsive design, and information hierarchy
- Good sense of color theory, typography, spacing, and visual balance
- Ability to translate ideas and feedback into polished design output
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory)
- Experience working with product teams or SaaS projects is a bonus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
