Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Associate to manage social media for government events, conferences, and initiatives conducted by non-profits and institutions across Odisha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos, videos, and content during events for immediate social media dissemination.
- Design engaging posts, reels, and stories using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI-powered design tools.
- Ensure timely posting of event coverage including reels, posts, and stories on a daily basis during multi-day events such as Bali Yatra, Sisir Saras, Pallishree Mela, and national-level exhibitions.
- Work closely with the design team to track deliverables, ensure quality, and meet tight deadlines.
- Handle day-to-day social media operations for clients including content planning, scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking.
- Maintain daily logs and provide regular updates on content performance and deliverables.
Additional Information:
- This is a Bhubaneswar-based role.
- Short-duration field visits within Odisha will be required during events.
- Travel allowance, food, and accommodation will be provided separately for all field assignments.
