Key Responsibilities:
- Handle End to End Recruitment
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals)
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
- Closing vacant positions with in TAT
Requirements:
- 1 – 3 Years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Qualification: MBA-HR or Graduation.
- Proven experience with Naukri portal and other job portals
- Strong sourcing, screening, and shortlisting skills
- Good Communication & Presentations skills
- Languages : Hindi, English & Telugu
