Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and follow up throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with clients for requirements and interview updates.
  • Handle basic HR operations as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduation (pursuing or completed).
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
