Roles & Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET/C# in design and development
- Prefer candidates with strong e-commerce domain knowledge
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the OMS stack built using Microsoft technologies:
- .NET, C#, ASPX, and legacy components
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
- Additional knowledge in OMS and Store domains is an advantage
- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Securely exposing and consuming RESTful services
- Integrating headless applications
- Good understanding of API concepts and technologies: REST, JSON, GraphQL, Swagger
- Ability to understand end-to-end systems, maintain applications, and troubleshoot issues
- Strong knowledge of data structures and entity models
- Understanding of building, deploying, and maintaining both server-based and serverless cloud applications (AWS preferred)
- Expertise in synchronous & asynchronous third-party service integrations

- 2–4 years of experience in Oracle or other relational databases

Support & Operations:
- Working knowledge of Production Application Support
- Understanding of L3 support processes and responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate closely with L1/L2 teams for issue monitoring and resolution
- Proactive in automating SOPs and reducing repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work overlapping PST hours for daily handoff/transition
- DevOps & Agile
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodology
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, and branching strategies
- Preferably GitHub or Bitbucket
- Observability Tools
- Experience with monitoring tools: New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk
- Ability to configure reports, alerts, and monitor KPIs
