Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Source and screen candidates for IT and Non-IT roles using various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools efficiently.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients.
