Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across domains such as Retail, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and more.
- Source candidates using multiple platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Conduct telephonic screening, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure timely closures.
- Support onboarding activities and contribute to other HR initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
