HR Recruiter

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across domains such as Retail, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and more.
  • Source candidates using multiple platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Conduct telephonic screening, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure timely closures.
  • Support onboarding activities and contribute to other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR is preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Freshers with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
