Nova Benefits is hiring for the role of HR Intern!

Responsibility of the Intern:

  • People engagement : Driving People & Culture initiatives end to end keeping people experiences in the crux
  • People relations: Acting as an ambassador for People & Culture team, proactively nudging stakeholders to meet project timelines and offering them adequate support
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing the company onboarding and offboarding requirements with minimal support
  • People administration: Supporting in administrative work such as perks management, leaves management, and maintaining other process compliances

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field. Background in HR/Psychology/Economics/work experience in a start up is a bonus
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English
  • Strong analytical bent of mind, with basics in MS excel/Google spreadsheet
  • Passion for HR & people success, and drive for results
  • Belief in ‘continuous improvement’ and ‘dissatisfaction with status-quo’
  • Aspiration to become a future HR leader
