Nova Benefits is hiring for the role of HR Intern!
Responsibility of the Intern:
- People engagement : Driving People & Culture initiatives end to end keeping people experiences in the crux
- People relations: Acting as an ambassador for People & Culture team, proactively nudging stakeholders to meet project timelines and offering them adequate support
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing the company onboarding and offboarding requirements with minimal support
- People administration: Supporting in administrative work such as perks management, leaves management, and maintaining other process compliances
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field. Background in HR/Psychology/Economics/work experience in a start up is a bonus
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English
- Strong analytical bent of mind, with basics in MS excel/Google spreadsheet
- Passion for HR & people success, and drive for results
- Belief in ‘continuous improvement’ and ‘dissatisfaction with status-quo’
- Aspiration to become a future HR leader
