HR Executive

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation & exit formalities
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance & leave management
  • Coordinate with payroll for monthly salary processing
  • Assist in engagement activities & employee communication
  • Handle offer letters, confirmations & HR letters
  • Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience. Freshers are also welcomed
  • Strong knowledge of attendance, payroll & employee lifecycle
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Graduate in any domain
