Founder’s Office Analyst

Core Skills:

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in GTM, operations, analytics, strategy, or similar roles (internships included).
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI tools, or recruiting/staffing workflows (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Notion, Google Workspace).
  • Prior experience in investor communication, research, or business analysis is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Founder’s Office at RecruitBots AI you will:
  • Monitor and analyze AI Agent–led GTM campaigns across US staffing markets.
  • Track outreach performance metrics (opens, replies, conversions) and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Support investor outreach — research firms, prepare briefs, update CRM, manage follow-ups.
  • Assist founders with client communication, demo coordination, onboarding support, and relationship management.
  • Execute ad-hoc cross-functional tasks across GTM, product, operations, and partnerships.
  • Act as an extension of the founders — keeping projects on track, ensuring timely follow-ups, and removing bottlenecks.
  • Prepare decks, write communication drafts, and organize internal documentation.
  • Bring structure, clarity, and pace to high-priority strategic initiatives.
