Role Overview:
You will be responsible for identifying dental clinics, generating qualified leads, pitching our product, and converting prospects into customers. You will work closely with the existing sales team and contribute to our nationwide expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify dental clinics across Tamil Nadu and other Indian regions.
- Execute outreach through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
- Visit clinics occasionally to demonstrate Simpld’s software (travel reimbursements provided).
- Understand clinic requirements and present the right solution.
- Handle objections related to product, competition, pricing, etc.
- Assist clients with onboarding and coordinate training.
- Maintain CRM records accurately.
- Work towards weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build market references and help grow organic leads.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Freshers with a strong willingness for sales and marketing may apply.
- Good communication in Tamil & English (Hindi is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and street-smart attitude.
- Interest in healthcare/tech/software is a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
- Laptop is required.
