Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads from regional markets
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms to engage prospects
- Explain Techademy’s offerings clearly and persuasively for Hindi or Telugu-speaking audiences
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead pipelines
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM tools
- Support overall sales targets and contribute to monthly revenue goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in K12 or EdTech in sales, counseling, or business development
- Fluency in Hindi or Telugu
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-up
- Comfortable working in a Day Shift environment
- Ability to join within 2–3 weeks
