Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation & exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance & leave management
- Coordinate with payroll for monthly salary processing
- Assist in engagement activities & employee communication
- Handle offer letters, confirmations & HR letters
- Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience. Freshers are also welcomed
- Strong knowledge of attendance, payroll & employee lifecycle
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Graduate in any domain
