Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and maintain a robust, role-based candidate pipeline for GeekSpoc project and client needs (internal talent, external market, GeekSpoc-trained).
- Collaborate with hiring managers, client teams, and project leads on current and forecasted talent requirements, JD finalization, and candidate criteria.
- End-to-end responsibility for sourcing, screening, initial assessment, interview scheduling, feedback, offer, and onboarding.
- Manage the admissions process for upskilling courses targeting external candidates (B2B/B2C).
- Actively market GeekSpoc’s training, placement, and consulting offerings to prospective candidates, partners, and corporate clients.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, networking events, and digital/social outreach.
- Maintain placement databases, ensure compliance with recruitment policies, and generate regular analytics reports. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate with 2+ years in IT recruitment, staffing, or technical admissions.
- Familiarity with lateral and campus hiring, tech role assessment and mapping, onboarding.
- Strong relationship builder, adept at multi-channel sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
- Analytical mindset with focus on execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Tech fluency: understanding of skill stacks such as AI/ML, Liferay, Alfresco, Cybersecurity etc. is a major plus.
