We offer subscription-based commercial sound systems, AV setups, and a streamlined artist-booking platform for venues, events, and creators. We are looking for a creative professional who can help visually communicate the Aruva brand, its technology, and the energy of the artist community we engage with.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create high-quality visual content for marketing, social media, product explainers, brand campaigns, and event-related creatives. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (experience in music/entertainment/event industry is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit promotional videos, product demos, reels, and event footage for social media and the Aruva website.
  • Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Add motion graphics, text animations, transitions, sound sync, and color grading.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and content ideas.
  • Maintain a consistent visual tone aligned with Aruva’s brand identity.
  • Design static and animated creatives for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and internal branding.
  • Create brand-aligned layouts, posters, banners, thumbnails, brochures, and pitch decks.
  • Basic UI/UX knowledge.
  • Design assets for artist promotions, venue campaigns, and product launches.
  • Brand & Marketing Alignment.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create visuals that support campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative output matches the Aruva brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns and events.

Requirements:

  • Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
  • Motion graphics: Adobe After Effects.
  • Graphic design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound synchronization.
  • Knowledge of colour correction, grading, and audio syncing.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of social media content trends (especially reels, YouTube shorts).

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating content for brands in music, events, hospitality, or tech.
  • Ability to shoot videos or assist in production (optional but a strong plus).
  • Experience in creating mood boards, brand kits, and visual guidelines.
