Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads from regional markets
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms to engage prospects
  • Explain Techademy’s offerings clearly and persuasively for Hindi or Telugu-speaking audiences
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead pipelines
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM tools
  • Support overall sales targets and contribute to monthly revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in K12 or EdTech in sales, counseling, or business development
  • Fluency in Hindi or Telugu
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-up
  • Comfortable working in a Day Shift environment
  • Ability to join within 2–3 weeks
