Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct field visits to colleges, coaching centers, and student communities for promotions.
- Generate leads through outreach activities, seminars, and partnerships.
- Counsel students & parents about overseas universities, programs, and the admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Manage student data, follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication (mandatory).
- Strong Conviencing Skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or education consulting.
- Ability to handle field responsibilities independently.
